The Service is provided without guarantees of uptime or suitability for any particular purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, my total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms and your use of this website or service shall not exceed €500 in aggregate, regardless of the legal theory (including contract, tort, negligence, or strict liability).

In no event shall I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
